*Standard Logistics *is seeking a professional *CDL A Hybrid Flatbed Truck Driver *for an opportunity based out of *New Columbia, PA*. This role is dedicated to providing top-notch service to our long-term customer base, including industry leaders such as *GAF, Home Depot, and James Hardie* *& Women In Trucking. Top 100 3PL PROVIDER 2025 for 2nd consecutive year!* Standard Logistics operates in the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest and Western Regions offering consistent freight year-round.
In this *Hybrid* role, you will operate *1-3 nights* in a Flatbed sleeper tractor & trailer, *Monday through Friday, no weekends*. We provide late-model tractors equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure your comfort and safety.

*Compensation & Industry-Leading Benefits*
* *$5,000 Sign on Bonus, $4,000 Retention Bonus, Safety Bonuses up to $750 less taxes paid out every Quarter for those that qualify!!! $1,000 Referral Bonus. *This position also includes a *$65 per-diem *for each overnight stay to cover travel expenses, and *$20* for each load tarped.
* *High Earning Potential*: $87,500 - $102,000 annually with yearly increases
* *Weekly Pay*: Reliable weekly pay cycles to keep you moving. Paid Orientation and safety training

*What You’ll Do*
* Operate a _*Flatbed *_sleeper tractor & trailer, secure and transport roofing materials including but not limited to shingles, TPO, rolled roofing, for residential and commercial roofing.
* Manage routes effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
* Serve as a dedicated representative for our most valued long-term customers.
*Requirements*
* *Class A CDL *(Required)
* *1 Year of Commercial Driving Experience *(Required)
* *TWIC Card *(Highly recommended)
* *Hazmat *(Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.29 - $32.12 per hour
