Welcome to Driver Junction (“Driver Junction,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a job marketplace platform operated by CDL Insights, LLC.
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Driver Junction is an online marketplace that connects job seekers with employers.
We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or hiring agent.
We do not participate in hiring decisions and do not guarantee:
Job placement
Candidate quality
Number of applicants
Hiring outcomes
All hiring decisions and interactions occur solely between job seekers and employers.
To access certain features, users must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for non-recruitment or unauthorized commercial purposes
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform data without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
We may remove content or restrict access at any time.
Employers are solely responsible for job postings and compliance with applicable laws
Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and resumes
Driver Junction does not verify all content and makes no representations regarding accuracy
We reserve the right to remove or modify content at our discretion.
By using the platform:
Job seekers acknowledge their information may be visible to employers
Applications submitted through the platform share information directly with employers
Driver Junction is not responsible for how employers use or process candidate data
For paid services:
Fees are billed as agreed at purchase
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We may change pricing at any time
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.
All platform content, including branding, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by CDL Insights, LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
Driver Junction is not responsible for:
Employer hiring practices
Job seeker conduct
Discrimination, harassment, or legal violations by users
Any interactions between users on or off the platform
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Availability or uninterrupted access
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Driver Junction and CDL Insights, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed:
The total amount paid by you to Driver Junction in the 12 months prior to the claim, or
$100 if no payments have been made
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CDL Insights, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the platform
Your violation of these Terms
Content you submit
Your interactions with other users
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
You may stop using the platform at any time.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.
You agree to:
Waive the right to a jury trial
Waive participation in class action lawsuits
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
