Skyblack Rentals is a leading equipment rental and sales company in Texas, specializing in heavy construction machinery. We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our team and handle the transportation of heavy equipment, including excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other construction equipment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Safely operate Rollback trucks for transporting small and heavy equipment.
* Load, secure, transport, and unload construction machinery.
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers.
* Comply with *DOT regulations*, safety standards, and company policies.
* Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery records.
* Communicate effectively with the dispatch and operations team.
*Requirements:*
* Valid *CDL Class A License* (required).
* Minimum *2 years of experience* driving heavy haul trucks or transporting machinery.
* Knowledge of *load securement* and DOT safety regulations.
* Ability to operate *lowboy* and *flatbed* trailers.
* *Clean driving record*.
* Availability to work *overtime*, 40-45 hours per week
* Professional references from previous jobs.
*Preferred*
* Experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
* Mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers.(not required)
* Bilingual in English and Spanish.(not required)
