Run consistent, predictable lanes with dedicated customers—and get the home time you actually planned for.
*Pay & Earnings*
* *Base Pay:* Starting at *$0.60+ per mile*—paid on *Actual Hub (Odometer) Miles*, not short-route household goods/zip-to-zip miles.
* 2,400 to 2,500 miles per week, home every other night (Green Bay)
* *Average Earnings:* *$85,000 – $95,000 / year* ($1,500 – $1,800+ weekly gross average).
* *Sign-On Bonus:* *$2,000* total sign-on bonus.

* *Home Time:* Home weekly (predictable regional schedules).
* *Freight:* Dedicated customer network, 100% refrigerated freight.
* *Terminal:* Green Bay, WI based.
