Our equipment is "superior", late model Peterbilts (579s and 389s) and Volvos. *Average age of our fleet is 2024!*
Qualifications
- CDL A license and good driving record
- 2 years of verifiable recent tractor/trailer driving experience
- Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with flatbed and dry van trailers
- Ability to handle freight and load/unload cargo
- Previous experience in regional route driving
FT company drivers pay:
* Average pay per mile: $0.66
* *Average annual compensation for FT driver: $95,000 (ranging from $82,000-$116,000)*
* Average miles per week: 2400 - 3000
* Average length of haul: flexible, based on driver
* Average stops per week: 8-12
Included in pay:
* Fuel Bonus Program - up to $.03 per mile based on how you want your truck governed (added to your per mile rate)
* CSA Driver Scorecard - Qtrly Bonus - up to $.02 per mile
* Qtrly Mileage Bonus - up to $.03 per mile
* Year-End Performance Bonus - annual bonus - based on mileage and performance - top bonus in 2025 was $1,200
* Driver's Safety Incentive Program - annual bonus - varies based on the number of years of safe driving - top bonus in 2025 was $1,800
