Consistent 2 Days On / 2 Days Off

SHARP Fleet offers a predictable 2 days on / 2 days off schedule, giving drivers a consistent rotation and regular time at home.

Each 2-day work cycle follows this structure:

• Day 1 Outbound: Start your shift in the evening and drive a regional route for approximately 1314 hours to the destination.
• 10-Hour Reset: Once you arrive, you'll complete a required 10-hour off-duty reset in the sleeper cab.
• Day 2 Return: After your reset, you'll drive approximately 1314 hours back to the SHARP Fleet yard in Allentown, PA.
• 2 Days Home: After completing the return trip, you're home for two days before starting your next 2-day work cycle.
• Repeat: Back out for two days, home for two daysa consistent, predictable rotation.

Drivers will be assigned regional routes generally within approximately 500 miles, with typical round trips of 300500 miles.

You can count on a consistent schedule with dedicated time at home between work cycles. During your two-day work period, you'll operate a sleeper-equipped truck and spend one night on the road between your outbound and return trips.

Typical work cycle:

Day 1: Outbound 1314 hours
Overnight: 10-hour reset in sleeper
Day 2: Return to Allentown 1314 hours
Days 34: Home
Day 5: Start the next cycle

The Opportunity

• Starting pay:$25/hour + benefits + bonus
• Lead Driver opportunities:Higher pay may be available for qualified candidates
• Paid for deadhead miles/timeyou won't be working for free when the truck is empty
• W-2 employment
• Minimum 54 hours per week
• 4 driving shifts per week, generally 1314 hours per shift
• Approximately 300500 miles per round trip
• 2 nights on the road per shift
• Home for approximately 3 days each week
• Opportunities foradditional shifts and overtime
• Consistent, year-round work

Shift Availability

We are currently hiring forovernight/evening weekday and/or weekend shifts.

Typical start times may fall within:

• 6PM - 9PM

Start times and schedules may change based on operational needs.

What You'll Be Doing

As a SHARP Fleet driver, you'll operate regional routes within approximately a500-mile radiuswhile transporting Amazon freight.

• Haul primarily100% no-touch freight
• Performdrop-and-hookoperations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Verify loads and documentation for accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of driving and working hours in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Use smartphone and app-based technology to manage pickups, deliveries, loads, hours, and navigation
• Follow all company, customer, and safety policies
• Maintain a professional and dependable approach with customers, dispatchers, and fellow team members

Driver Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Be at least21 years old
• Hold a validClass A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Have at least6 months of Class A driving experience
• Haveno prior accidentsthat would disqualify you
• Have aclean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Have no current CDL suspension or revocation
• Successfully pass aDOT physical
• Successfully pass apre-employment drug screen
• Successfully pass abackground check
• Be able to read, speak, and write English sufficiently to:
  • Communicate with the general public
  • Understand highway traffic signs and signals
  • Respond to official inquiries
  • Complete required reports and records
• Be comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and handheld/app-based technology
• Be flexible and dependable
• Be committed to safe driving and professional customer service
