RoadStar LLC is hiring CDL-A drivers for regional and OTR routes across the midwest. Drivers will be company drivers paid under W2. We're a family-owned trucking company with 25+ years of experience and a brand-new facility just outside Dayton OH. We believe drivers deserve respect, honest communication, and consistent miles - not to feel like just another truck number.

*Equipment: *2024 - 2026 Freightliner Cascadia (Automatic) with refrigerators, bunk heater / cooling unit, and APUs for your small appliances!
*Incentives and Benefits*
* 2+ years of experience pays up to $0.58 per mile
* Less than 2 years experience pays $0.56 per mile
* $0.02 per mile safety incentive bonus

*Requirements*
* 2 Years Verifiable Tractor-Trailer Driving Experience
* Professional, Safe, and Courteous
* Clean Driving Record
* Ability to Pass a Background Check
* Ability to Pass a Drug Test
* Pass a Pre-Employment DOT Physical or have one that is current

Pay: $0.56 - $0.60 per mile
