This role oversees customer moves, conducts vehicle inspections, and ensures safe transport of goods while delivering top-tier customer service.
How You’ll Contribute
In this role, you will manage a team of up to five during customer moves. You’ll be responsible for conducting pre-trip inspections, transporting customer belongings safely, and ensuring each move is executed smoothly and efficiently. As the face of Hilldrup on the job site, you’ll be expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism.
This is a physically demanding role that requires you to lift up to 100 pounds on your own and up to 400 pounds with a team. This role also requires you to work in varying temperatures both inside and outside and be on your feet most of the day, outside of when you are driving. Being dependable, punctual, and team-oriented is essential.
Depending on the time of the year and the needs of your warehouse, other duties may be assigned.
