*Full Job Description:* *Class A CDL drivers will deliver new and used tractors and trailers to customers. Drivers will also perform local daily runs as well as maintain equipment.* * Safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, including but not limited to: Combination vehicles and straight trucks. * Comply with all applicable Department of Transportation regulations including but not limited: Controlled Substances, Commercial Driver Licensing, Driver Qualification, CMV Operation, Hours of Service; CSA inspections and compliance, Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance, etc. * Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance * Maintain route plan as provided by Dispatch.
